A one-time build fee, quoted on the call once we know how many pages it takes. An optional monthly care plan covers hosting, monitoring and small edits. You own the site either way, and the care plan is cancellable without losing it.

Good to know
Is this WordPress?
No. It is a static site, pre-rendered and served from an edge network, with no database and no plugins. That is why there is nothing to patch and nothing to break at 2am.
Can I edit it myself?
Text and image edits go through us and are covered by the care plan, usually same day. That is the trade for a stack with no admin panel to secure and nothing to break by accident.
What if I leave?
You keep the site. It is yours outright, and it can be hosted anywhere that serves static files, which is everywhere.
Do I need the care plan?
No. Without it you own a finished site and arrange your own hosting. With it we host, monitor and handle edits.
