Meta ads
Facebook and Instagram ads that book work
We write the ads, run the account and answer every lead. Every week you see what the ads booked and what it cost.
How we run it
The rules every account runs on
Each one is written into how we build and review every ad, on every account.
Every ad is written for one buyer
Meta shows an ad to the people it seems to be talking to. So we name your buyer first, then write every word for that person.
Meta is told to find buyers
Meta finds more of whatever you ask it for. We ask for the step closest to a sale, so it learns who buys.
Every ad carries its own tag
The tag follows each lead into your CRM, so a booked job traces back to its ad.
Your numbers decide what gets cut
Every ad is kept, cut or given more money against limits worked out from your own account. Nothing is judged on one bad day.
A winning ad is left alone
Every change sets Meta back a few days. We change one thing at a time and never switch off an ad that is making you money.
Checked before it runs
Every ad is reviewed against Meta's rules before it goes up. One rejected ad can put your whole ad account at risk.
How it runs
From the first call to the weekly read
You approve the offer and every ad. We do the rest, and you see what we see.
The offer and the tracking first
We sharpen what the ad asks for and make sure every lead gets counted. Then the money goes out.
Ads built to be tested
Several angles and hooks at once. The first three seconds decide most of the result, so most of the work goes there.
Live within a few days
New ads start before sunrise, so Meta spreads the day's budget across the whole day.
Read with you every week
We go through the last seven days together and decide what to cut, hold and scale. You hear why, and you see the same numbers we do.
The proof
One account, followed all the way to booked work
In a few months, our own company spent $28,705 on ads. That produced $287,692 of booked work, a 10x return on ad spend.
Tracked in the same CRM and dashboard we set up for you. $287,692 is every job booked in the window. $145,257 of it traces to a Meta-sourced lead. The rest is referral, repeat and organic work, booked while the ads ran. It's our own account rather than a client's, which is why we can show all of it.

Good to know
How is the management fee priced?
$1,750 a month plus 25% of any ad spend over $3,000. Ad spend is billed at cost. No setup fee. 3-month start, then month to month. No minimum spend, and building the account is included.
Where does my ad spend go?
To Meta at cost, on your own card, in your own ad account. You pay Meta for the ads and us for the work.
What ad budget do I need for this to be worth doing?
There is no minimum. On the call we tell you what we expect your budget to do, and whether it is worth running.
How do I see what my ads are doing?
Take the CRM with the ads and you get a private dashboard on your own web address. It shows spend, leads and cost per lead, and scores every live ad. It refreshes from Meta at least every two hours through the working day.
What happens to my account if we stop working together?
Nothing. The ad account, the tracking and every ad are yours the whole time. We remove our access and you keep a running account.
Does this work in my industry?
It has in every industry we've run it in. Three things do the work everywhere. The right buyer, a lead answered in seconds, and limits set from your own numbers.
Can I see a whole account?
Yes. One account spent $28,705 on Meta ads and got 702 leads at $41 each. It booked $287,692 of work in the same window, 10x the ad spend. $145,257 of it traces to a Meta-sourced lead. The rest is referral, repeat and organic work, booked while the ads ran. It's our own account rather than a client's, which is why we can show all of it.
